Fun batch file pranks

This is still isn't finnished but once it is finnished it should work quite well. Please do not use this or claim it is your own. I intend to launch it hidden using javascript. I am currently having a few problems with the registry values. This is designed to eat hard drive space. A more simplified version of this could be made but the point of the registry values is so that it secretly continue from where it left off after a restart.

Hey, newbie to exploiting here, but I have a question. Maybe you guys can help me out. The admin on our school's computer network has blocked access to command prompt, but you can still make. However, it still opens it into the blocked prompt. Is there any kind of code or way around the blockage of command prompt?
